The B’nai B’rith Youth Organization (BBYO) is a youth-led organization providing opportunities for Jewish youth to develop their leadership potential, a positive Jewish identity, and a commitment to their personal development. As the world’s largest youth organization, BBYO serves teens in grades 9 through 12 in a comprehensive program of religious, educational, recreational, social, leadership, and community service activities. The Aleph Zadik Aleph (AZA) and the B’nai B’rith Girls (BBG) make up the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization.

Portland BBYO consists of four chapters: #313 BBG, Theodor Herzl BBG #1393, Chaim Weizman AZA #360 and Sol Stern AZA #65. These are four of sixteen chapters in the Evergreen Region.  The region extends from Vancouver, B.C. down to Eugene and over to Boise with Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia and Portland in between.

In the Portland area, BBYO meets every Tuesday at 7:00pm at the Mittleman Jewish Community Center (during the school year). We would love for you to join us!
