The Young Leadership Division (YLD) of the Jewish Federation of Portland is dedicated to enriching Jewish life and ensuring its survival in Portland, Israel and throughout the world. YLD provides 25- to 45-year-olds with opportunities for social action, leadership development and affiliation through campaign participation, educational programming and social activities.

YLD was established as a place for dynamic Jews, 25 to 45 years old, to come together to hear great speakers, to be informed on fascinating topics, and to make connections.
