For the Preschool Assistant Teacher, we are looking for someone joyful and responsible with strong communication skills to both children and adults who has experience leading an early childhood classroom or caring for young children.

Join us as an assistant teacher who moves through our classrooms and supports our students throughout the day.

Hours are from 8:00 AM-4 PM.

Preschool Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

Assist in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment for preschool children.
Engage and interact with children during snacks, center time and outdoor play ensuring their safety and well-being.
Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that are in-line with our philosophy.
Foster effective communication with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational experience.
Help assess student progress and contribute to individualized learning plans as needed.
