Join Jewish Theatre Collaborative and Page2Stage Express in a special public performance of Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Well-Being in honor of Pride Month funded by the Equity Foundation.​

Lillian Wald (1867-1940) was the model of a Victorian-era lesbian active in the settlement house movement. She was an American heroine whose visionary leadership has affected us all. Jewish Theatre Collaborative joins the month long celebration of LGBTQ Pride by sharing her story in this free public performance. 

Recommended for audiences ages 9 through adult, this celebration of Lillian's life and accomplishments is a fast-paced 45 minutes. There will be an opportunity following the performance to reflect with pride on Lillian’s contributions, to explore her model for upstream problem solving (still relevant today) and to ask questions.
