Dress for Success Oregon is the leading workforce development organization in Oregon that exclusively serves all womxn, helping them overcome barriers to employment, prepare for and keep their jobs, and move toward self-sufficiency, stability, and economic equity. Their mission is to empower womxn to achieve economic independence by providing them with a network of support, work-ready attire and the development tools to help womxn thrive in work and in life.
