By popular demand, we’re thrilled to offer an ALL-AGES Sephardic baking experience led by CAA Vice President and Kitchen Chair, Renee Ferrera! Learn how to make the iconic Sephardic cookie, the Biscocho. Small, sweet, and crunchy, the Biscocho is easy to make, keeps for a long time, and is the perfect company to a steaming cup of chay. ☕

Attendees will get to take home a bag of biscochos to serve friends and family, as well as a recipe they can use to repeat the process in their own kitchen!
