Daniel Pearl was an Jewish-American journalist who was murdered in February 2002 by terrorists in Pakistan. In this film his parents, Ruth and Judea Pearl, share their feelings and resolve to continue their sons legacy.
The documentary also follows the lives of two of the youngest survivors of Auschwitz who emerged from the darkness to transform the Jewish landscape.
This event is dedicated in loving memory of the victims of the Sydney Menorah lighting on the occasion of the conclusion of the traditional thirty day mourning period following their death.
