*4 pm to 6pm - Start as early as 3:45 at P'nai Or parking lot for carpool to Tryon Life Farm for bon fire, storytelling with Brian Rohr, and then candle lighting, sauna, more stories and song.
6 to 6:30 carpool back to P'nai Or
6:30 at P'nai Or potluck dinner, candle-lighting, songs with Joel Glick, story with Pam Vergun, and sufganiot (Israeli-style donuts)dessert, entertainment by the P'nai Or teens, and a rockin' dreidel game put on by the Men's Group.
* Bring your chanukiah (menorah), candles, and potluck dinner
*Sauna is clothing mandatory-bring a water bottle, towel, bathing suit, change of clothes, and a sauna-friendly drum or music maker; all ages welcome in the sauna and please no alcohol
* Also bring some of your own gelt (real money) to play that Dreidel Game--
we'll do some gambling, have fun, and make money for our dear P'nai Or.
(10% tithe to our Tzedakah partner--Climate Change for Families).
* Opportunity to buy gifts for the rest of the holiday, such as 'Divine' Guilt-free Gelt and the CDs of our founding rabbi R. Aryeh Hirschfield zt'l-, including "The Last Night of Chanukah, an evening of Music and Stories."
* The teens will be selling 'Divine' chocolate gelt to support PBJ Teen Group activities.
