Join the Jewish Volunteer Corps for a meaningful, hands- on day of service at the Harman Community Garden in partnership with Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District! As part of Good Deeds Day, a global movement uniting millions of people around the world through acts of kindness, this project also kicks off our Jewish Federation of Greater Portland's Good Deeds Month—a month of opportunities to give back and make an impact.
Volunteers of all ages are invited to roll up their sleeves, enjoy the fresh air, and help beautify this shared community space. Together, we’ll pull weeds, redefine garden borders, and support a thriving environment that benefits the entire neighborhood.
Whether you’re coming with family, friends, or on your own, this is a fun, accessible way to connect with others, spend time outdoors, and be part of something bigger. Let’s get our hands a little dirty and our hearts a lot fuller—one good deed at a time!
This event is free to join and open to all ages! All necessary supplies and tools will be provided.
