Dr. Wulf will analyze how the war has affected the relative strengths and weaknesses of Israel, Hamas, and the Palestinian Authority and how those changes influence any pathway forward.

The presentation will trace how conflicting narratives and recognition demands were the main factors behind both the failure of the Kerry Initiative and the ensuing war.  Dr Wulf will then explore a range of proposals for resolving the conflict.  

Dr. Wulf, a medical writer and retired ob/gyn, lives in Berkeley and spends much of each year with family in his 2nd home in Israel.
