Why Israeli folk dance? Well, it's not only good physical exercise, but it boosts the mind and spirit too.
The music is catchy, and the lyrics and movements are about love, friendship, family, life, land, holidays; from psalms and prayer, and more.
It's a wonderful way to gather, celebrate this cultural tradition, and make new friends too.
