Our Jewish tradition teaches that in the order of Creation proper behavior (Derech Eretz) preceded even the Torah itself. Or in other words, to be ''religious'' means first and foremost to behave ethically, e.g., to be grateful, to repent and forgive, to be humble, to avoid gossip and slander, and much more!
Our Jewish Ethics Series will be held on Wednesdays at 7pm on the following dates: January 26, February 2, 9, March 2, 9 -- further dates to be determined later.
In our opening session on 1/26 we will discuss: ''Judaism's ethical essence, free will and human nature, and judging others fairly''.
Each session stands independently of the others which means that you will be in the know at each session, whether you participated priorly or not.
