This gentle yoga class is an opportunity to deepen your Shabbat practice by creating intentional space to pause your busy schedule, turn inward, and simply appreciate being alive. The class will explore themes connected with the Shabbat practice, the Jewish calendar and/or the Torah reading cycle. If you are comfortable writing on Shabbat please bring a notebook and pen to class; there will be dedicated time for journaling and reflection.
