Brenda Martin, Tri-Met Service Planner and member of the the Tri-Met Service and Planning Dept., will talk on the state of public transit in the Metro area. She will discuss planned additions and reductions of service, how planning decisions are made, relationship with Metro, new technologies and the extent to which public transit can reduce vehicle congestion going forward.
