Learn Krav Maga at the MJCC. Krav Maga is a practical form of self-defense. It was pioneered by the Israel Defense Forces from a combination of boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo, and karate. Krav Maga focuses on instilling proper technique, fighting stamina and aggression, and situational awareness. While instruction requires commitment, discipline, and effort, it is hugely rewarding and often an intensely bonding experience for participants involved.
