Join the EJC Movie Mavens for our free monthly film and conversation group! Curious George, the little monkey always getting into sticky situations, has great stories, but so do his creators, Hans and Margret Rey. Join the Movie Mavens for Ema Ryan Yamazaki’s delightful 2017 film about the history behind Curious George. This “terrific documentary” with “perfectly tailored animation” (Cinemacy) shines a light on the Reys’ creative process, hardships, and deliberate choice to live life with whimsy.
