- How to create a basic body dashboard (think an ongoing self check in on how one is doing in self care)
- An introduction to three easy mindfulness toolsI utilizing the three step process learned in the Awareness in Action program from the Institute of Jewish Spirituality
- 1. Non Judgemental Curiosity (Hitlamdut)
- 2. A Choice Point (Bechirah)
- 3. Returning to your intention/mindfulness practice (Teshuvah)
