First Night of Passover Community Theatrical Seder at Gesher

Led by Rabbi Laurie Rutenberg and Rabbi Gary Schoenberg

Everyone knows "make believe."  But this Passover is the holiest journey that the Jewish people makes.  Gesher will provide the slave clothing, exit visas and a kosher for Passover feast for our Passover seder journey from slavery to freedom. Families, singles and couples of all ages are invited into a participatory celebration. We will role play our jobs in Egypt (or our own Egypts), find our way through the wilderness, escape through the sea and feast in freedom, while both seriously and joyously contemplating what the freedom and re-birth of the Jewish people mean to us.

Bring pillows to sit on and warm clothing for comfortable seating in a heated tent designed as the inside of the RED SEA.  A place to contemplate and celebrate the journey.

RSVP a Must at www.ourjewishhome.org. Donation requested is sliding scale $36 - $54. No one is turned away for inability to contribute. Please make your contribution at www.ourjewishhome.org.
