A Baking Workshop in Gesher’s Kosher for Passover Kitchen

with pastry chef Eliana Bonn

Learn beside Eliana, along with Gesher’s rabbis, the precise and delicate nature of making Macarons - an elegant dessert that is kosher for Passover and will be served at Gesher’s Seders this year for the first time.  First we will prepare and bake the shells.  While they bake, we will prepare several flavors of butter cream for the filling. Then we will learn to shape the Macarons into beautiful and delectable Seder desserts.

During the Curing time - between baking the shells and filling the macarons - there will be an opportunity to prepare Matza balls for Gesher’s Seders as well.
