Stop the Bleed is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

SCN and the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland invite you to join one of six available Stop the Bleed training sessions for members of the Jewish community held at the following locations:

1. Mittleman Jewish Community Center, 6651 SW Capitol Hwy., Portland, OR
2. Congregation Beth Israel, 1972 NW Flanders St., Portland, OR
3. Chabad of NE Portland, 2858 NE Sandy Blvd., Portland, OR.
