Welcome the New Year at a communal, outdoor, COVID19-safe family event in Alberta Park
This is an outdoor, COVID19-safe event to join together as we begin the Rosh Hashanah holiday. Sponsored by the Alberta Shul.
We will welcome the holiday with songs, blessings, candles, grape juice, challah, apples, and honey. We will also share readings and thoughts on how to reset our commitment and return (t'shuvah) our hearts and actions to the path of justice, equality, humility, and right action.
We will cluster in pods. Ritual foods will be provided. Bring a blanket if you can.
This is not intended as a dinner event. Feel free to turn it into a picnic if you wish!
