Through the Darkness is a documentary by 19-year-old Portland-raised filmmaker Sebastian Inouye, born from heartbreak and human connection. Filmed in Israel and the West Bank in May 2025, it shares deeply personal stories from Israelis and Palestinians who have endured profound loss, and choose peace, not in spite of their pain, but because of it.
