About Elana Davey:

Elana has built an accomplished career as an Executive Producer and Innovation Strategist at companies including NIKE, Instrument, and R/GA. She also led programming and production for multiple venture studios, including the Trailblazer Venture Studio, working with founders, investors, and athletes at the intersection of women and sports.

Today, Elana runs a multi-faceted coaching and consulting practice. As a Business Coach, she specializes in brand strategy, growth marketing, and team culture to drive purpose and performance. She partners with companies to build and run employee engagement and leadership development programs that elevate internal talent. A frequent speaker and workshop facilitator, she leads sessions on motivation, leadership, and women's advancement in the workplace.
