The Jewish Student Union at Portland State University is a gathering of diverse personalities who share the common goal of providing cultural, educational, and religious resources for our Jewish student population. Our vegetarian Shabbat dinners take place on campus and are catered by Food For Thought, a student-run café focusing on sustainability and local organic products. We host guest lecturers and panel discussions, including speakers from Israel. We also have an occasional over-21 night for informal socializing off campus.
