At The Gan-Portland Jewish Preschool, we strive to inspire curiosity, creativity and compassion in a joyfully Jewish environment. We offer a Reggio inspired curriculum along with daily enrichment activities such as music and movement, Hebrew language and gardening. Students learn to follow their curiosity, to think creatively, and to work both independently and cooperatively with others in our vibrant and diverse community. The Gan is directed by Mimi Wilhelm who has been teaching and directing for over ten years. Mimi's vision of respect and care for each individual child make the school what it is.
