Congregation Neveh Shalom is saddened to share the passing of Scott Barde, z"l, who died on Friday, June 19. Scott grew up in Portland and attended Camp Solomon Schechter for several summers and was a member of CNS until he relocated as a young adult to California.

Scott is predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Goldie Barde, z”l. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his spouse, Judy Barde, and siblings, Carolyn Barde Gorin (Samuel Gottlieb) and Larry (Robyn) Barde. He also leaves behind his cherished children, Adam (Laura) Barde and Sarah Wagner (Dan Hartz); and his grandchildren, Ben and Josh Barde, and Sage and Scarlet Wagner.

At his request, there will be no funeral. The family invites those who wish to honor Scott's memory to make a contribution to the Leonard Barde Cemetery Beautification Fund.
