To Conceal or Reveal: A Purim Mask Making Class

Why do we wear costumes on Purim? Is it to conceal or to reveal?

Join Rabbi Eve and Morah Ilana Jaffe-Lewis for an evening of learning and mask-making. Participants will explore the ideas of showing our true selves vs. the parts of ourselves that we hide. After a brief study of Jewish text, participants will create their own mask discovering what the concept means for themselves.
