A Gesher Pre-Pesach Cooking Extravaganza

A Hands- On Passover Cooking Party in Gesher’s Kitchen!

Everyone welcome, including children of all ages.

Come for as long or short a time as you like!

 

10am  - 11:30        - Charoset - Ashkenazi and Sephardi varieties

11:45 - 1:30           -NW Salmon Gefilte Fish  - a Rabbi Gary specialty

1 - 2:30                  -Matza Balls , yummy!

2 pm - 6 pm           -Bake Home-Made Matza* in Gesher’s Outdoor Kosher for Passove Pizza Oven

 

Help Rabbi Gary and Rabbi Laurie prep for Gesher's Community Passover Seders, both traditional and not-so-traditional. Passover foods. Bring either your honed skills or your desire to learn!

*This will be Gesher’s 3rd year making home-made Matza.  We’ll be using a recipe from Portuguese Jews during the Inquisition, and it makes the tastiest Matza ever!  From Organic home-ground flour.
