The Congregation Neveh Shalom Covid-19 Outreach and Services Team is hosting a Zoom panel on mental health on December 15! Our panel consists of two mental health experts, Jewish Family and Child Services clinical social worker Dinah Gilburd and counselor Mitch Elovitz, who will answer your questions about nurturing your mental health during what has been a deeply stressful year.
