Virtual Passover Seder for Adults and Older Children - Open to the Community
with Gesher’s Rabbis Laurie Rutenberg and Gary Schoenberg
Saturday, March 27th, 5 pm PST
As we have reached the edge of a year of pandemic, Gesher invites you to a Seder at which we will mine the stories of our ancestors’ slavery in Egypt and their journey to freedom as we search for sources of much needed hope, resilience and promise. Are we envisioning getting back to normal -could that be slavery?- or a “new normal” -a taste of freedom? What are the spiritual gifts the Passover story offers us?
Prepare your own ritual foods and Seder meal, and join together for sharing it with ritual, conversation and song. RSVP REQUIRED at www.ourjewishhome.org. Donations appreciated. More information to be found on this website. Registrants will receive a list of suggested food preparations and a Zoom link. A Haggadah will be provided on-line.
