Join for a special Shabbat with the rest Congregation Beth Israel as we hear Rabbi Rick Jacobs, URJ President, speak at Shabbat Evening Services. His sermon topic will be "Re-imagining Jewish Life: The Reform Movement at a Crossroads". We will have a few spots saved for JND folks and head out for dinner together afterwards
Parking is available on Flanders and NW 19th, but will be VERY limited.

 

Jews Next Dor (JND) is Congregation Beth Israel’s group for 20/30-somethings! Operating under Portland’s largest Reform synagogue, JND creates opportunities for the young adults of Portland’s Jewish community to come together in a relaxed and open environment. JND holds one Shabbat service a month, a monthly happy hour in a local pub, and several other social and religious events throughout the year! Join us!
