Abraham's Tent is an interfaith day camp for children 1st through 8th grade.

Founded three years ago by P'nai Or of Portland, St. Mark Presbyterian Church, and Rizwan Mosque, it brings Jewish, Christian and Muslim children together for a week of interactive learning, play and projects.

This year, the theme is "Guardians of the Earth" and we will be exploring how our faith traditions instruct us to care for the earth and preserve it for future generations. Older campers will be exploring environments such as Tryon Creek State Park, Suavie Island, Hoyt Arboretum and Multnomah Falls; Younger campers will have the opportunity to visit Tryon Creek Farm and Nature Preserve.

The camp runs from July 27-31, Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (grades 1-5), 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Grades 6-8) and there will be after hour childcare.

The cost is $85/per student; $150 max per family; extended daycare will run until 5:30 for an additional $50 per student. Please register by July 10th.
