Community Passover Seder for All with Special Touches for Younger Children
Children know "make believe."  At this seder, we role play our jobs in Egypt, build pyramids, wander through the desert, escape through the Reed Sea, and feast in freedom.  Parents and all adults will have a chance to ask, "How have we "gotten stuck",  what is the nature of the freedom we seek for ourselves and others today?".  Gesher's Rabbi Gary Schoenberg and Rabbi Laurie Rutenberg will lead us on this Passover journey from a heated tent encampment in the desert, through the Reed Sea, to a delicious indoor banquet in celebration of our freedom.

Gesher will provide slave clothing, exit visas and sustenance for all.  We encourage you to bring pillows on which to sit and dress warmly, with layers.   Children are invited to bring a baby doll (a boy doll or one who can look like a boy) wrapped in a blanket and put inside a basket.  During the seder, they will be able to "hide" the baby "boys" from the Pharoah.

RSVP is a must. Visit www.ourjewishhome.org for more information and to reserve your space.
Adults: $36; Children ages 4-12: $15. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
